Welcome to the XLApparals Sales Agent App ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how XLApparals ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our mobile application designed for sales professionals and agents.

5. How We Use Information
We use the data we collect to provide the core services of the Sales Agent App, including syncing message history across your devices, notifying you of new activity, and improving the app's performance through anonymized usage analytics. We do not use your thread content to train external AI models.

We Do Not Sell Your Data
XLApparals never exchanges your personal information or contact logs for money. Your privacy is our core product.
We share data only with service providers (like cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements or when required by law to protect our rights or comply with legal process.
7. Security Measures
End-to-End Encryption
Internal thread data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and in transit via TLS 1.3.
Biometric Lock
App-level protection using FaceID/TouchID is available for sensitive sales environments.
8. Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Upon account termination or your specific request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless legal requirements dictate a longer retention period.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage most profile data directly in the app settings. For full data exports, contact your workspace administrator or our legal team.
10. Multi-Company Architecture
Isolated Silos
Our "Logical Isolation" ensures no cross-pollination of data between your different company workspaces.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we have servers. We use standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same level of protection as in your home jurisdiction.
12. Children's Privacy
The Sales Agent App is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware of such collection, we will take immediate steps to delete the data.
